It's a teriffic place to stay, Decent price for being right off the beach

The beds were way to hard we actuall had to by a pillow topper so we could sleep

Great position right close to the beach and ocean. The suite was actually a small apartment with a kitchen/living room (with fireplace), bedroom and bathroom. Perfect for two, but could easily host four people. Everything you need to and dine is included. You also get two dvd/vhs players with a lot of DVDs and vhs to choose from. We got a special offer on Booked.net so we got it also a ridicolous price which was a plus.

The only thing this motel has going for it is its location to the Pismo Dunes. It is just a couple blocks to the park enterance.

The hotel is certainly not worth the price per night especially in the off-peak time we visited. The room had an ant problem and they discontinued their continental breakfast. This was of the main reasons we chose go stay.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Huge & neat unit with a nice view. Absolutely perfect and magnificent location in Oceano, short walk to the downtown area, the beach and restaurants, stores, and the beach.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, gas powered fireplace, a couch, and a kitchenette area.

The room was a non-smoking room, that smelt of smoke, and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Have stayed in many hotel on the coast, this was the worst!!

Can recommend, it is a quiet and great place to stay. The venue is fairly clean, with the best and quiet location just next door to the walking path, have drinks, and restaurants, stores, and the beach.

The separate bedroom in the one-bedroom suite provided a very comfortable atmosphere. Richard, the manager, was helpful when we had internet issues, promptly fixing the problem after contacting the cable company. The carpet showed signs of wear, and the overall exterior lacked appeal, slightly detracting from the experience.

It was the perfect place for a family with a baby.

The location was good and absolutely perfect in the really quiet area. Also, Monarch Butterfly Grove was 3 km away.

There was swimming pool to be needed.

The ocean view from the condo was amazing, great to soak in the beauty of the beach. The spacious living area provided us ample room to relax and enjoy our stay comfortably.

Great place to stay, it has to be the quietest hotel ive ever stayed at! Not once was I awoken during the night. We had an excellent time the room was very nice and clean it had a big kitchen with utensils and plates witch saved on our food cost. The fridge was big and had lots of ice. The bed was a little springy but not bad. I will definately stay here again.

The Staff are very friendly & accomodating. The price is good & the location is just perfect. Parking is not a problem. Spa is relaxing though the other pool is not heated as I thought. I would like to stay here again.

Had an awesome getaway with friends! We really loved the spacious place, perfect for our group. Strolling to the beach was easy, and we hit up the Pismo Beach Pier, a blast! Just a heads up, the kitchen has minimal extras if you plan to cook.

One downside was that our room had cheap linens. It was a little uncomfortable for the stay.

Very convenient, super clean, & friendly staff. I was spending the weekend with family to go ride on ATV's and camp on the beach nearby. However, I have a 5 month old infant and did not want to risk the weather overnight. Fortunately I was able to find this hotel at a great deal and the location, which was just 5 minutes away walking distance from the beach. Did I mention fully equipped kitchen? I'd definitely come back again.
